and accessories is one of the most significant problems we hear about from customers.\"<\/p><p>Here are some suggestions that can help reduce this problem:<\/p><p><strong>CPVC material pipes, fittings, valves and accessories should be used in pressurized applications.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"wd-negative-gap elementor-element elementor-element-ae77812 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ae77812\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div Sooted silica acts as a hardening agent and is dissolved by hypochlorite, leaving the joint porous and prone to leakage. NSF61 approved chemically resistant <strong>Weld-On 724 CPVC<\/strong> adhesive is recommended.  <\/p><p>Threaded connections should be avoided when using NaOCl. Flanged and solvent-jointed connections are preferred. However, if threaded connections are used, it is recommended to use E-6000 adhesive as a sealant.  <\/p><p>Finally, the pulsation and vibration generated by the dosing pump can damage the bonded joints.
