Situation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

One of T\u00fcrkiye's leading cheese producers was experiencing serious hygiene and occupational safety problems due to the intense dust dispersion during the transfer of milk powder on its production line. The problem was the mixing of milk powder with the ambient air during its transfer to the vat. <\/p>

  • It lowers the hygiene level in the production area.<\/li>

  • It extends cleaning times.<\/li>
  • This creates additional cleaning staff costs.<\/li>
  • It was causing production stoppages.<\/li><\/ul>

    The facility was severely affected by this situation and was requesting a permanent, safe, and food-standard compliant solution.<\/p>
