14pt;\"><strong>Situation<\/strong><\/span><br> One of our clients, a leading technical component manufacturer in T\u00fcrkiye, discovered that low-pressure coolant was insufficient for internally cooled drill bits used in CNC machining.<br> The current system uses low-viscosity oil as a coolant, and because this oil cannot penetrate sufficiently into the interior of the part due to the low pressure, it cannot adequately remove the chips inside the deep hole.<\/p><p>This situation was causing the following problems:<\/p><ul><li>Decrease in surface quality of parts.<\/li><li>The drill bits used wear out quickly and break down in a short time.<\/li><li>Inefficiencies and additional costs in production processes<\/li><\/ul><p>To address these problems, Arpon's pump solutions were capacity, it enables rapid chip removal, enhancing the performance of internally cooled drill bits.<\/p><p><strong>Thanks to its semi-submersible pump design, it enabled the rapid discharge of wood chips by passing them through the pipe at a pressure of approximately 40 bar.<br><\/strong> <strong>The surface quality of the machined parts was improved thanks to the effective penetration of the coolant into the part.<br><\/strong> The company is also continuing its work to use the same technology to increase the lifespan of grinding discs.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size:
