Situation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

A fish processing plant in northern France was processing whole fish by filleting them and using the remaining parts as frozen blocks for pet food.
The existing process was quite simple and inefficient. A worker manually transferred fish waste from the macerator tank to a container cart using a shovel, and then transported it to the next stage of the process.
