Dosing pumps are often commissioned without calibration. While manufacturers provide a general curve showing pump performance, these curves are only obtained under standard ambient conditions and using water as the test fluid. <\/p>\n

However, considering that dosing pumps are used in different chemical applications, a separate calibration is required for each application depending on viscosity, specific gravity, and suction conditions. Furthermore, due to wear and vibration occurring within the system over time, calibration needs to be repeated at regular intervals. <\/p>\n
