Packo SFP2-SFP3 High Shear Mixer Pump

The SFP series is a high-shear pump with a closed impeller and patented stator design. It has been specifically developed for applications requiring high flow rates and pressures.

✔ The shear effect is created in the gap between the rotor and the optimized perforated stator.
✔ The cutting level can be optimized and improved by increasing the rotational speed.
✔ At a maximum speed of 3600 rpm, cutting rates of 60,000 s⁻¹ can be achieved in the SFP3 series and 100,000 s⁻¹ in the SFP2 series.

This pump is widely used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, and chemical industries to homogenize, disperse, and mix liquids of varying viscosities.
