The ZL series is designed for a wide range of applications, including the dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, bakery, detergent, alcoholic beverage, and chemical industries.

These pumps are specifically designed to gently transport liquids in a low to high viscosity range.

Each series of Packo rotary lobe pumps features the latest technology in its field. The pumps can be equipped with various specifications and rotors to suit virtually all hygienic pumping processes. The pumps can be customized to provide the function or performance best suited to your process.

    With its 0.6Ra surface quality and unique seal and housing design, the ZL series is suitable for clean-in-place (CIP) applications and offers exceptional hygiene levels.
  • The parts that come into contact with the material are made of SS 316L.
  • A wide range of seal options, including mechanical seals, O-ring seals, and lip seals, ensures the best solution for your needs and application.
  • Optimal CIP is achieved with an O-ring position that prevents dead corners between the front cover and the body.
