Turbo Blowers

The geared turbo blower is a type of high-energy-efficiency blower that accelerates the power it receives from the electric motor through the gearbox and transmits it to the impeller, providing high-flow air. Thanks to its compact design, low energy consumption, and continuous stable air production, it is widely preferred in applications such as wastewater treatment plants, industrial processes, and pneumatic conveying.

About the Brand

CONTINENTAL

With over 50 years of experience, Continental has dedicated itself to the research, development, and production of Centrifugal Blowers. Designed for uninterrupted and demanding operations, Continental blowers have become a symbol of efficiency and safety in air and gas applications.

CONTINENTAL INDUSTRIE machines are designed to operate in the range of 1,500 – 60,000 m³/h flow rate, at a maximum pressure of 2.5 bar g. Minimizing the contacting parts and continuous monitoring of the operating parameters ensures high reliability of these blowers.

Single-stage integrated gear turbo blowers are designed to provide a volumetric air flow range from 100% design to 40% design flow while maintaining the highest efficiency across the entire performance range.

This Single-Stage Turbo Blower is a compact unit consisting of a centrifugal blower, drive unit, main electric motor, lubrication system, and control panel. The main motor is connected to the drive unit via a flexible coupling. The blower is equipped as standard with a microprocessor-based control system that controls all operating cycles.
