Peristaltic Pumps

Peristaltic pumps are positive displacement pumps used for the safe and precise transfer of liquids. The flexible hose or tube located inside the pump housing is sequentially compressed and released by shoes or rollers on the rotor. This process directs the liquid through the hose and into the discharge line. When the pressure is released, the hose returns to its original shape, creating a vacuum and drawing the liquid into the suction side. Thanks to this principle, peristaltic pumps stand out with their self-priming operation, high precision, leak-proof design, and ease of maintenance, and are widely used in many industries such as mining, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and water treatment.

About the Brand

VERDERFLEX

Verderflex® peristaltic pumps are robust, reliable, and versatile pumps suitable for intermittent or continuous operation under heavy-duty conditions. The first VF series, developed in 1997, set a new standard in industrial hose pumps, and the product range has expanded over time from precise OEM dosing pumps to computer-controlled, advanced technology solutions.

Manufactured at the Castleford facility in the United Kingdom, the pumps undergo comprehensive testing processes to meet the highest quality standards. Verderflex offers the widest range of peristaltic pumps suitable for industrial and hygienic requirements for sectors such as food, beverage, biopharma, chemical, and wastewater treatment. In addition, its multi-layer reinforced hoses provide a longer service life compared to its competitors.
