The ZS series is available in various types to meet customer requirements.

The standard “integral type” of the ZS Series, the B5, includes an integrated gear adapter that connects directly to a 4-pole motor. This provides the most cost-effective and space-efficient solution due to the size and higher efficiency of the 4-pole motor, instead of connecting with 6-pole or 8-pole motors, and makes it easy to use with quick delivery times.

Designed for hygienic applications, Packo ZS twin-screw pumps are engineered for pumping low to high viscosity and gaseous liquids in hygienic applications such as dairy plants, breweries, the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, and bakeries. The ZS is an ideal positive displacement pump for gently pumping viscous liquids without damaging solids such as fruit in yogurt or nuts in ice cream. Thanks to its wide speed range, the ZS pump can also be used as a CIP+ pump, eliminating the need for a bypass centrifugal pump.
