AccuGUARD Pressure Gauges and Diaphragm Protection Systems

AccuGUARD Pressure Gauges are designed to improve the performance of chemical supply systems. Adding a pressure gauge to any system ensures monitoring and maintenance of optimum pressure levels.

Without adequate protection, process fluids can contaminate and damage in-line instrumentation.

AccuGUARD Diaphragm Sealing Systems are designed to protect and isolate pressure gauges and expensive measuring equipment. These systems prevent damage from corrosive, high-temperature, or viscous process environments.

  • PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF and Stainless Steel (316 S/S)
  • Optional diaphragm materials are available:
  • Viton, EPDM, PTFE and 316 Stainless Steel
  • Connection options:
  • 1/4″ FNPT and BSPT
  • Thermoplastic units:
  • It can withstand temperatures up to 21℃ (70℉) and pressures up to 240 psig (16 barg).
  • 316L Stainless Steel units:
  • It can withstand temperatures up to 21℃ (70℉) and pressures up to 5800 psig (400 barg).
