Rotan® PD (API 674 Petrochemical) Series Gear Pumps

Petrochemical Task PD pumps are internal gear pumps designed for refinery and petrochemical applications, and all pressure-resistant components are manufactured from carbon steel. Design pressure is specified according to ANSI 300 lbs or PN40 standards.

PD pumps are offered in accordance with API 676 standards, but with some exceptions.

  • Suction Capacity: 0.5 bar at initial suction, 0.8 bar throughout operation.

Features

  • In all PD pumps, the parts exposed to pressure are made of carbon steel.
  • The design pressure is ANSI 300 Lbs / PN 40.
  • The API 676 standard can be met by PD pumps, with some restrictions.
  • A 90° angled configuration is also available.
  • Thanks to the safety valve integrated into the pump, if the outlet line is blocked, the pump can protect itself by circulating the fluid within itself for a certain period of time.
