Verderhus HSBH Centrifugal Pumps

Each Verderhus pump gently directs the product into the pump chamber thanks to a large screw impeller and efficiently transfers it to the outlet line. The open screw impeller design allows for easy pumping of large solid particles, while the screw design is ideal for high solid content or viscous liquids. These features create a highly efficient pump with a low NPSHr value, reducing energy consumption and operating costs.

A screw channel open impeller pump, also known as a free flow impeller pump, is a type of centrifugal pump with an open impeller design. Unlike closed impellers, the gaps between the impeller vanes are wider, making the pump ideal for pumping liquids containing solids.

Verderhus® HSBH is a horizontally mounted, coupled pump model with an optional base plate.

Ideal for conveying large solid particles, it can safely pump liquids containing up to 10% mud and up to 30% slurry . Suitable for liquids with a maximum viscosity of 3000 cP.
