Verdermix Static Mixers

Verdermix static mixers are ideal for handling all liquids and gases with low to high viscosity “in-line”. They may or may not contain solid particles and are available in various metal and non-metal material configurations. This makes them compatible with chemical processes, CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) applications, and hygienic and sterile environments.

Verdermix develops a standard modular system to produce mixers tailored to your process. This system ensures a fast production process, long service life, and high efficiency. The Verdermix design is optimized to maximize turbulent mixing forces while minimizing drag and energy loss within the system.

This static mixer model is specifically designed for the food and pharmaceutical industries and features a fully cleanable structure. The mixing element is removable for thorough cleaning.

All parts in contact with the liquid are electropolished and comply with regulation 1935/2004/EC and FDA hygiene standards.
A jacketed (double-pipe) version is available for heating or cooling.

X or V-shaped designs are not available in terms of cleanability.
