WANNER™ Hydra-Cell® Pro T/Q pumps are a series of process piston diaphragm pumps that combine the three pump heads of conventional triplex pumps into a single pump head. The proven operating principle ensures vibration-free flow.

This reliable design eliminates downtime and repair costs by offering a low-vibration, linear flow thanks to its multi-diaphragm structure.

WANNER™ Hydra-Cell® Pro T/Q pumps can be customized to comply with API 674 standards.

Features

  • Thanks to Hydra-Cell’s seal-less design, these pumps can pump dirty liquids without any conditioning or the need to find a suitable filter to protect the pump.
  • Hydra-Cell pumps require minimal maintenance.
  • Vibration (pulsation) is very low; unless there is a special case, dampers are not required in Hydra-Cell’s seal-less pumps.
  • Hydra-Cell seal-less pumps can handle particles as small as 800 microns. They can be used without filters for particles up to this size, thus reducing system costs and simplifying maintenance.
  • Hydra-Cell’s range of pumps is suitable for operation in a wide variety of pressure ranges. Some models are suitable for operation between 0-170 bar, while others are suitable for operation between 0-345 bar.
  • Compact and highly efficient (80-85%) Hydra-Cell seal-less pumps save energy by requiring a smaller motor than needed when compared to pumps providing equivalent flow and pressure.
