The technology used in the production of precision dosing pumps has remained virtually unchanged for many years. As a result, conventional dosing pumps operate with operational limitations and high costs. Hydra-Cell, however, is not a conventional dosing pump.

Hydra-Cell dosing pumps enable you to meet, and in most cases exceed, API 675 performance standards by providing virtually vibration-free, linear flow. Utilizing the latest technologies, Hydra-Cell P Series dosing pumps deliver superior accuracy, repeatability, and linear flow performance, ensuring consistent and precise flow rates.

This revolutionary dosing pump uses state-of-the-art electronic flow control systems to replace older, less accurate stroke regulators.

Features

  • Hydra-Cell’s modern design features offer a lower initial investment cost compared to traditional dosing pumps. Thanks to its seal-less structure, Hydra-Cell pumps can pump dirty liquids without any preconditioning or additional filtration. This feature reduces system costs and simplifies maintenance processes when working with liquids that have a high particle content.
  • Hydra-Cell pumps have a robust design requiring minimal maintenance. Due to their very low vibration (pulsation) level, dampers are not needed unless specifically required.
  • Hydra-Cell’s seal-less design allows it to work seamlessly with particles as small as 500 microns. This minimizes the need for filters, thereby increasing operational efficiency.
  • The wide product range offers flexibility with models suitable for different pressure ranges. Some models are suitable for operation in the 0-170 bar pressure range, while others are suitable for operation in the 0-240 bar range.
  • Compact and boasting high efficiency of 80-85%, Hydra-Cell pumps can be operated with smaller motors compared to other pumps providing equivalent flow and pressure, thus saving energy.
  • Hydra-Cell pumps comply with API 675 standards and are optionally available with the HydraCELL Control Freak digital control unit.
