Zenit UNIQA Series

Designed for heavy-duty professional applications, UNIQA series pumps are used in industrial and other wastewater treatment plants to lift and pump sewage and wastewater containing solids.

The motors are designed to achieve Premium (IE3) efficiency class according to EN 60034-30 standard, guaranteeing high performance and low energy consumption. Various hydraulic options are available to perfectly suit different applications.

Available Model Options:

Vortex wheel (ZUG V): Clog-resistant with a fully free passage.

Grooved impeller (ZUG OC): Equipped with an anti-clogging and anti-fouling system.

High-pressure impeller (ZUG HP): Provides superior hydraulic performance.

Grinding wheel with system (ZUG GR): Designed for fibrous and dirty liquids.

ZUG CP Chopper Wheel: Offers efficient operation by cutting particles of all types and sizes.

Features

  • Energy and cost saving, environmentally friendly, long-lasting, high-quality IE3 class motors.
  • High-efficiency hydraulics
  • Closed-loop patented cooling system
  • ATEX for a wide range
  • Upon request, the cable entry point can be sealed with resin, preventing water from seeping into the motor cover even if the cable’s outer sheath is torn.
  • The drive shaft is made of AISI 431 stainless steel. A duplex steel shaft is available as an option.
  • Oversized bearings guarantee 100,000 operating hours.
  • The pump can be equipped with several different optional probes to detect any abnormalities. The ATEX version also includes a moisture probe to detect standard water in the mechanical seal oil reservoir.
  • The motor is designed to achieve PREMIUM (IE3) efficiency class according to EN 6034-30. In S1 mode, it guarantees operation even in water at temperatures of 60°C or higher.
  • All hydraulic components are designed for maximum efficiency and best performance, while allowing for sufficient throughput.
  • The wheels are available in cast iron, stainless steel, bronze/aluminum, or Molib-tech™, an innovative process that provides a much longer lifespan than traditional ceramic paint.
  • All models with duct hydraulics feature an axial adjustment system that helps restore the impeller clearance, allowing performance to continue beyond normal wear and tear.
  • The ACS (Anti-Clogging System) consists of a spiral groove of the appropriate depth cut into the diffuser plate. This prevents the impeller from clogging, even with very dirty fluids, allows for the removal or opening of string parts, and makes the hydraulics clog-proof.
