Packo ZP series pumps are hygienic stainless steel circumferential piston pumps. The Packo ZP series is specifically designed to provide faster, easier, and more economical maintenance.

    • It is resistant to high temperatures and abrasive particles.
    • It provides high efficiency in low-viscosity products.

Features

  • Superior seal cleaning extends seal life and minimizes seal shedding (product contamination).
  • The seals are positioned directly behind the rotors, eliminating product entrapment areas for superior hygienic performance. There is no need to remove the pump from the pipeline during seal replacement.
  • Made of stainless steel, the bearing oil seal is corrosion-resistant, thus ensuring a longer service life even under demanding cleaning conditions.
  • Pumps can be mounted with horizontal or vertical connections.
  • Different seal options
  • Various connection options are available, including SMS, RJT, DIN, ISO, Tri-Clamp, and flanges.
  • The front cover and body have a heating jacket that requires temperature control.
