VERDERMAG

Magnetic coupling centrifugal pumps (mag drive pumps) are innovative and reliable pumps with a hermetically sealed design.

They transmit power between the motor and the gear via a magnetic coupling, thus eliminating the need for a conventional shaft seal.

Verdermag Global series are magnetic coupling pumps made of AISI 316 stainless steel, providing resistance to a variety of chemicals.

They can be used in high-temperature, high-flow rate applications, as well as in applications with high system pressure. They comply with the ISO 2858 standard.

Magnetic drive pumps, which offer safe and efficient fluid transfer without the risk of leakage or contamination, are an excellent choice for industries where product integrity and safety are at the forefront.

  • AISI 316 stainless steel construction provides resistance to a wide range of chemicals. (Casing, Impeller, Shaft, Sleeve are AISI 316 stainless steel. Bearings are Silicon Carbide, Magnet Samarium Cobalt, O-ring Viton/EPDM/PTFE)
  • The Hastelloy C fluid containment sleeve reduces heat generated by induction current and increases the overall efficiency of the pump.
  • The modular structure shortens delivery times and provides stock delivery in some models.
  • Using only four bearing types for the entire product range provides very little spare parts requirement for a pump group.
