Zenit blueBOX Pumping Stations

Pumping stations have become indispensable for those seeking a low-cost, safe, and environmentally friendly solution.

Polyethylene blueBOX pumping stations are an effective solution for collecting and pumping wastewater or drainage water into the sewer system. They are used in situations where the sewer system is very far away or where gravity discharge is not possible.

These systems are preferred in facilities located below sewer level or in building renovation projects where the intended use of areas requiring hydraulic connections is changed.

blueBOX booster stations can be mounted on the ground or underground and can be installed in a FIXED configuration or with an Automatic Connection System (DAC).

  • A PATENTED modular cable gland system that allows removal of pumps or float switches without the need to disconnect or remove the power supply cable.
  • Airtightness is guaranteed thanks to NBR rubber seals that allow pipes to be quickly connected to blueBOX without the need for sealing material.
  • The float switch, connected to the alarm lamp and the audible warning on the control panel, alerts when the maximum filling threshold is exceeded, ensuring rapid filling in the event of a pump failure or excess wastewater flowing into the tank. [Optional]
  • This allows the pump to be easily removed from the facility for any maintenance requirements without disconnecting the pipes from the lifting station.
