pumpBOX is a pre-assembled pumping station certified according to EN 12050-1 and 12050-2 standards. It is designed to collect wastewater from sinks, toilets, showers, and washing machines in residential buildings and pump it into the sewage system when gravity drainage is not possible or the sewage system is too far away.

pumpBOX combines a robust polyethylene tank and a single or double Zenit pump, offering a complete system for the collection and removal of municipal sewage and greywater.

Compact, quiet and reliable, pumpBOX is ready to use and requires no excavation or masonry work.

With various configuration options including single or double pumps, vortex impellers, or grinder blades, pumpBOX is extremely versatile and has a wide range of applications, from individual homes to large residential complexes.

Features

  • The thick polyethylene tank has an odor and liquid-proof structure. The one-piece, robust body is reinforced with internal support feet and ground fixing slots.
  • The specially designed base facilitates the absorption of solid particles and maximizes the usable tank volume by reducing sediment buildup that can lead to unpleasant odors.
  • The emergency relief valve is in the lowered position and ready to be connected to an optional hand pump.

  • The single-phase version is equipped with ammeter protection and a circuit breaker to provide high starting torque and efficient switching operation.

  • The wide free passage opening, embedded vortex impeller, and the tank’s internal design guarantee trouble-free operation even with liquids containing large solid particles.
  • The air extraction system with activated carbon filter is ready for DN40 external pipe connection.
  • The float-type safety valve prevents potential liquid overflows by tightly closing the pipeline when the liquid level rises. It features a stainless steel float switch and a maximum level alarm.
  • Level sensor and automatic start/stop system for the pump.
  • Designed for connection to the inlet pipe from the top, side, or rear walls (standard height: 180, 250, 315 mm, for direct WC connection).
  • Ø 75-110 mm gasket set is included.
