Patented PTFE Membranes – Long-Term Efficiency and Low Operating Costs

SSI’s patented PTFE-coated membranes offer the following advantages:

It prevents plasticizer loss, shrinkage, and membrane hardening.

It ensures a longer service life by limiting dynamic changes that may occur due to swelling.

Compared to uncoated products, it prevents increases in dynamic working pressure (DWP) caused by more aggressive contamination and physical property changes.

The PTFE-coated membrane ensures consistent DWP (Header Loss) values throughout its lifespan, reducing long-term energy costs and improving its ability to distribute air evenly across the tank bottom.
