Verderair HC-PURE series hygienic double diaphragm pumps are designed for a variety of hygienic applications. Electropolished surfaces reduce bacterial growth and the risk of contamination. The pumps are manufactured from SS 316L stainless steel, meeting the highest hygienic design standards. Furthermore, the electro-polishing process increases corrosion resistance and improves drainage, making the cleaning process more efficient and easier.

    The screws on the pump housing and the manifold clamps can be easily removed, making complete disassembly and cleaning effortless. The combination of PTFE/EPDM coated diaphragms and a self-lubricating, maintenance-free air valve ensures long-lasting use with minimal maintenance and downtime. Furthermore, the use of an oil-free air valve eliminates the risk of contamination that could occur in the event of diaphragm rupture.
