Static Mixer

A static mixer is a stationary piece of equipment that facilitates the mixing of fluids through fixed elements (vanes, plates, or specially patterned mixing components) placed inside a pipeline. These elements generate turbulence by dividing, redirecting, and recombining the liquid or gas flow, thereby achieving a homogeneous mixture. It does not require any moving parts or external energy sources. It is an economical solution due to its low investment cost, low energy consumption, and lack of maintenance requirements.

About the Brand

VERDERMIX

Verdermix Static Mixers are ideal for in-line mixing of all liquids and gases, from low to high viscosity, with or without solids. Our static mixers are available in various metallic and non-metallic configurations to ensure chemical compatibility and compliance with CIP and SIP processes, as well as hygienic and sterile environment requirements. Verdermix has developed a standard modular system, specific to your process, that can be manufactured quickly and provides a long service life. Its design is optimized to minimize friction and "energy loss" in the system while providing the best possible turbulent mixing forces.
