Lowara e-SV Series

These are multi-stage stainless steel vertical shaft centrifugal pumps.

The Lowara e-SV vertical multi-stage pump is a highly reliable and technologically advanced, versatile pump. It is capable of meeting a wide range of user needs and is available in various construction designs.

All pumps of 1.5 kW and above are equipped with IE3 standard motors .

Technical Information

  • Flow Rate Q: Max. 160 m3/h
  • Pressure Height H: Max. 330 m
  • Liquid temperature: -30°C – +120°C (optional +150°C – +180°C)
  • Operating pressure: Max. 40 bar

Features

  • High efficiency
  • Wide range of mechanical seal options.
  • Passivation and electro-polishing option.
  • 304-316 stainless steel option
  • Patented “Balancing Piston System” provides up to 40% lower axial power.
  • Mechanical seal maintenance without separating the pump housing and motor.
  • Lowest NPSH values in its class
  • Dry run protection sensor
  • The balanced mechanical seal can be replaced without the need to completely disassemble the pump (in models 10-15-22SV ≥ 5.5 kW and 33-46-66-92-125SV).
  • The “O” ring fitting design allows for easy removal of the outer cover.
  • The self-aligning, replaceable diffuser wear ring is manufactured from PPS glass-reinforced technical polymer, which is resistant to chemically corrosive, mechanically aggressive, and high-temperature fluids.
  • Reduced impeller axial thrust extends standard motor bearing life to up to 17,500 hours.
  • The rigid material intermediate bushing bearing (tungsten carbide/silicon carbide) increases the pump’s lifespan and makes it suitable for heavy-duty applications such as boiler feeding.
  • High-temperature seal option (max. 180°C), low NPSH design, high-pressure version (max. 40 bar) and passivated & electro-polished versions are available upon request.
  • e-SV pumps are WRAS , ACS , and DM 174 certified, indicating their suitability for drinking water applications.
